Directions for Use
Diffusion: use 3-4 drops in the diffuser of your choice, and follow diffuser directions.
Topical: Apply 1-2 drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize skin sensitivity.
Internal: Dilute one drop with one drop carrier oil and put in capsule; up to 3 times daily.
