A middle note with a strong aroma, Oregano Essential Oil has a powerful, spicy, camphorous scent.
Aromatherapy: use in diffuser for an herbaceous scent, good for respiratory problems. Topical: dilute for skin sensitivity, can help promote a healthy immune system, has been used since ancient times. Internal: use sparingly to flavor dishes. Scientifically proven to contain antioxidant properties. Due to its high phenol properties, it should always be heavily diluted. This is one of my favorite oils to use during flu season as it is anti-fungal, viral and bacterial. Try using this in a tea!

Directions for Use
Diffusion: use 3-4 drops in the diffuser of your choice, and follow diffuser directions.
Topical: Apply 1-2 drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize skin sensitivity.
Internal: Dilute one drop with one drop carrier oil and put in capsule; up to 3 times daily.
Caution: Possible skin sensitivity . Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under doctor's care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas.
